Accommodations
A sliding door grants access to the main salon. It has new carpet with runners for heavily traveled areas, day/night shades on the windows, and beautiful wood trim. On port is an occasional chair and aft along the side is a very large wrap around settee with storage below, and a table in the center. Forward is an etched glass art piece and aft is a Guy Harvey painting. On starboard are a large screen Sony TV and a home entertainment center with all components. These units were new in 2002. Forward on starboard are lockers and counters including a wine rack. Up two steps on starboard is a large wrap around dinette with a table and on port a long Avonite counter.

Staterooms
Down a spiral staircase on starboard is the master stateroom. In the center is a queen bed that lifts up for storage below. There are built in nightstands on both sides. On port are a full length dresser and a hanging locker. On starboard is the door to the master head, a very large hanging locker, and a dressing table. Built into the forward bulkhead is a TV and home entertainment center. Back up the staircase and forward are the guest accommodations. There are port and starboard staterooms. In the hallway between are a washer/dryer on port and a large linen closet on starboard. The port stateroom has a raised queen berth with built in nightstands, cabinets, shelves, and lockers. Both staterooms have a TV/VCR. The port stateroom has a private head with a marine toilet, a vanity with sink, and a large shower stall. Opposite, on starboard are upper and lower berths, drawer storage, lockers, and a private head with toilet, vanity, and stall. Continuing forward is the crew's quarters. On starboard are upper and lower berths and hanging locker. On port is another fully equipped head. Compared to other yachts, the crew's area is quite elaborate.

Galley-Up
The galley is on port with a microwave oven, hot and cold water sink, and a Jenair stove with a grill and oven. Under the counter are a trash compactor and a dishwasher. Forward is a side-by-side Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer. Lockers, cabinets and shelves are copious throughout the yacht.

Electrical
The machinery space is below the salon. It is a stand up engine room with excellent lighting and ventilation. "Caliente" has two MTU 12V183TE92 diesels mounted on large "V" drives to conserve space. The engines have recently had major maintenance and they appear brand new. They are protected by Raycor filters, sea strainers, and sea cocks, and an engine alarm system. The engine space has a monitoring camera with a CRT on the bridge. Bilges are kept dry by automatic bilge pumps, she has a fuel manifold for tank selection, and an automatic fire protection system. The generators are mounted aft with the new watermaker. Stabilizer hydraulic pumps run off the main engines. "Caliente" has several electrical systems. Dockside, she has 100 amp serivce, on board she has two 32 Kw Norhtern Lights generators and her DC battery system kept charged by a Phase 3 Smart Charger. Near the charger is a large transformer. All circuits have breakers for overload protection and everything is labeled.

Fly Bridge
The fly bridge is completely enclosed with hard front and side windows, and a soft aft curtain. The bridge is air conditioned and very roomy. Aft are two pedestal fishing chairs and another back-down station with a VHF, controls for the auto pilot and a rudder indicator. On port is a built in ice maker, a refrigerator/freezer, and a hot and cold sink. On starboard is a large wrap around settee with a custom table in the center. The main navigation station is in the center with two pedestal chairs. She has all the necessary controls and gauges, communications gear, and navigation electronics. Most have been periodically updated.
